Our bags are made with premium vegan leather that’s durable, smooth to the touch, and easy to maintain. Each piece is carefully designed to balance style and practicality — perfect for both work and everyday use.
Our bags are made with water-resistant vegan leather, which helps protect your belongings from light rain or accidental spills. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
Yes! The SIORA tote fits up to a 14 inch laptop in the laptop compartment.
Simply wipe your bag gently with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid soaking it in water, dry cleaning, or using harsh chemicals.
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. To maintain its shape, keep the original stuffing paper inside or place a few items in the bag when not in use.
As we are a small business, we do not have plans to restock sold out items. However, we will consider restocking selected designs if there is sufficient demand. Join our newsletter to get early updates on restocks and new launches.
We currently ship within Singapore and to select international destinations in Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam.
If you’re outside Singapore, shipping fees and delivery times will vary by location. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees will be borne by you.
For Singapore orders, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
International orders may take 7–14 working days, depending on your country’s customs and postal service.
Shipping within Singapore is free for orders above SGD200. A flat rate of SGD5.30 applies for smaller orders.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use that link anytime to check your delivery status.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, drop us an email at siora.service@gmail.com and include your order number — our team will help you locate it right away.
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging for local orders within Singapore. You are responsible for the costs of sending the item(s) back to us (unless in the case of incorrect / defective items).
For international orders, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items, on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind at the moment.

We accept major credit/debit cards, and popular payment gateways like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
