What material is the siora tote made of?
Our bags are made with premium vegan leather that’s durable, smooth to the touch, and easy to maintain. Each piece is carefully designed to balance style and practicality — perfect for both work and everyday use.
Are your bags waterproof or water-resistant?
Our bags are made with water-resistant vegan leather, which helps protect your belongings from light rain or accidental spills. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
Can the bag fit a 13-inch or 15-inch laptop?
Yes! The SIORA tote fits up to a 14 inch laptop in the laptop compartment.
How should I clean and care for my Siora bag?
Simply wipe your bag gently with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid soaking it in water, dry cleaning, or using harsh chemicals.
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. To maintain its shape, keep the original stuffing paper inside or place a few items in the bag when not in use.
Do you restock sold-out items?
As we are a small business, we do not have plans to restock sold out items. However, we will consider restocking selected designs if there is sufficient demand. Join our newsletter to get early updates on restocks and new launches.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Singapore and various international destinations.
Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam
Asia-Pacific: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan
Middle East: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia
Europe: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden
North America: United States, Canada
Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on your location.
Please note that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will delivery take?
For Singapore orders, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
International orders may take 7–14 working days, depending on your country’s customs and postal service.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Singapore is free for orders above SGD200. A flat rate of SGD5.30 applies for smaller orders.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use that link anytime to check your delivery status.
What should I do if my parcel is delayed or missing?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, drop us an email at siora.service@gmail.com and include your order number — our team will help you locate it right away.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Yes. All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are borne by the customer and are not included in the order total. We strongly recommend checking your local customs duties and tax requirements before purchasing.
Exception: For orders shipped to the United States, all duties and taxes are charged upon checkout and no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items, reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at siora.service@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue, and our team will assist you.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or non-defective items.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind at the moment.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Please contact us at siora.service@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, and popular payment gateways like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Email us immediately at siora.service@gmail.com with your correct address. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.
